As a CU we want to ensure our Carol Services are free - allowing over 2000 people the opportunity to hear the gospel each year.

However, this costs more and more to run each year. To ensure that we can continue to hold events like the Carol Service and make sure Dollar David is happy we would like to give you the opportunity to donate towards the costs of the Carol Service.

We would encourage you all to donate £1 per ticket bought; this is not mandatory and only do so out of thankful giving not necessity and pressure to do so. (You can also pay more if you want btw)

Your money will go towards funding the costs of the Cathedral and After venues (Mulled Wine, Mince Pie, Choral Society etc.). These events are a key part of the year at CU to show and spread our faith; serving the students in Durham as Jesus did.
