I've made a dumb mistake and found myself with a couple of huge financial problems. I am 3 months behind on rent, and paying my other June/July bills is likely to be a strain.

I'm working on putting things right, but getting this solved is going to take some time. I've got some help with doing the paperwork and food, I'm not going to starve right now, but that doesn't make the near term easier.

Between the debt I just discovered and bills I'm a few thousand behind where I would have been without messing up back in February, and I can eat some of that, but the more help the easier that will be.

The bigger issue is that I want to not end up in this position again, and unfortunately, that's going to cost me a little money. Money, I obviously don't have.

I'm going to need to get myself assessed for ADHD and Autism, I've been on the waiting list for this with the NHS for 5 years. I'm going to have to go private and then get myself medicated. I'm also going to need to hire someone to help me manage certain aspects of my life that I've been struggling with, as this was all caused by some ADHD inattentiveness, but if I can find someone who'll help me with household chores as well, that would be awesome.

I'm also going to need to get myself reassessed for my anxiety and depression; my doctors have never made this easy, never seem to have enough time, and they're not friendly to access with my lifestyle. My diagnosis goes all the way back to 2012, but a lot has changed about it since then, and so again, I'm probably going to need to go private with this to get properly diagnosed and medicated.

If by some miracle you're moved to help me, I'd be overjoyed even if it's only something small. And should I reach the goal here, any excess after paying off my debts and assessments will go towards ongoing medication costs or health needs.
