Hello! I am Hindy Gross, a rising junior in high school. I've never been out of the country, but as a Jew, I have always dreamt of Israel. This summer, with the money I will God willing raise, I will be going to the Heritage Quest program through CTeen, which will first be visiting Poland, and then going to Israel.

Why Poland? I feel a need to honor the lives of those I come from, and as an Ashkenazic Jew, the terrors of the camps are personal. We will be going through serving as a witness to the darkness of Poland, and only after, will we be able to appreciate the light of Israel for all that it is truly worth.

The money raised in this campaign will be going to the rest of the cost of the program my family is having difficulty covering, and my flights back in the States, which is not included in the program's price.
