Emergency veterinary surgery

My names Athena Bratton, my Baby boy Loki got hit by a vehicle on highway 2 on 12/5/22 after slipping off of his leash. He has a fractured radius and a laceration on the same leg He needs to be put under and receive stitches, along with continuous care for the Laceration. We have applied for loans and do not qualify. So I am asking for help from friends and family and anyone willing to help me and my family bring my baby boy home and get him the care he needs.
