Help Save Toby!

Hi, my cat Toby is need of an expensive surgery to remove his eye. Many of you know and love Toby, my weird little cat with no tail and extra toes. He is in a lot of pain and without the surgery he will need to be put down for his quality of life. I desperately do not want that. If you know and love Toby like I do, then please give.
