MSW Graduation Celebration

The MSW students of CSUMB need your help to fund our Graduation Celebration. We are starting a new tradition to provide a memorable event for our graduating MSW students and their families. The ceremony will be at Sherwood Hall in Salinas on Saturday, May 20th and we need help with the facility cost. We have almost 40 students graduating and they all would like to bring their family and friends. In order to accommodate a group of almost 500 people we had to find a large venue that is costly. Some students will be attending the University-wide graduation with all CSUMB students, but this is our opportunity to celebrate together with a smaller group of only our MSW Program students and faculty. For many students this Graduation Celebration is the ceremony they and their families have been looking forward to for the past 3+ years. 

The money raised will be going towards the venue rental fee and insurance. The venue fee covers staffing costs, janitorial services, Audio/Video support, etc. 

5/8/17 UDPATE: we had to up our goal to $3,000 due to the venue being privately funded.

**Any extra funds will be donated back towards the MSW Student Association**
