Hi everyone, I didn’t want to have to do this but it’s gotten to that point. My mother has had health issues related to her heart pretty much my whole life however over the last year it has started to gradually get worse, with the last 7 months being the toughest with her having 5 heart attacks in that time span and has been in and out of the hospital with a ton of complications related to that. Recently on December 23rd she came back to the hospital with a few more complications and her health started to really decline this go around and has been there ever since in the CCU with a machine/pump helping her heart work. We have been patiently waiting for her to become stable/strong enough to get a few different surgeries with the most important one being to put an ICD implant in but she is continuing to have setbacks which is causing the date of the surgery to be pushed back. With that being said, the medical bills are starting to pile up past the point of what insurance will cover and is becoming a financial burden for my family. I wanted to make a GoFund me page to try and help my family with the costs. I know it’s a lofty goal, but ANYTHING helps. Please consider helping and we are beyond grateful for any help we receive.
