Kevin the Red Kite was hit by a vehicle several weeks ago, no other rescues, sanctuaries, RSPCA or vets would help the gentleman who had kindly stopped to help the bird.

I saw his plea on Facebook and arranged to meet him and collect the Red Kite and get him the help he needed.

He’s been seen several times at the amazing Seren Vets in Carmarthen, he has improved lots, but is still recovering.

Where he is currently kept, he cannot see much of the outside world, if we could raise enough funds to buy this aviary it would be wonderful for Kevin and also any future Birds/Raptors.
