Rick has been fighting Heart Disease and Psoriatic Arthritis for over 10 years.  He had his first heart attack over 10 years ago and has been pushing on.  This last year he has had 3 heart surgeries and another one coming up in October.  He has Congestive Heart Failure,  A-Fib,  has had an aortic valve replacement, 3 ablations and had a Defibrillator placed in his chest.  Last year he had a complete shoulder replacement and a complete knee replacement due to his Psoriatic Arthritis.  This is also another disease that there is no cure for. 
Rick has spent over 40 days in the hospital this year alone and currently has a heart monitor at home watching his every move.
Rick is unable to work anymore and is now on disability.
His wife works full time and carries health Insurance but as some of you may know that is not enough. The out of pocket expenses  Such as: Deductibles, the 20% the insurance does not cover and meds are overwhelming.
Rick has endured all these surgeries and pain all for the love of his family (especially his grandkids). He wants to live long enough to see his grandkids graduate high school and teach his grandkids a few things he has learned in life.
