hi, our names are brooklyn pizzonia and brea lindsey. we’re both 20-year-old college students at the university of kentucky, and we’re reaching out because we’re going through one of the hardest nights of our lives. our cat, phoenix, is currently in the emergency vet hospital after eating part of a lily flower. lilies are extremely toxic to cats and can cause kidney failure without immediate treatment. phoenix is our baby. she’s the sweetest, strongest, and most beautiful tabby cat. she brings us so much love, comfort, and joy every single day. we rushed her to the vet as soon as we realized what happened, and we’re doing everything we can to save her. the emergency care she needs is expensive. the bill is $3,000, which covers hospitalization, iv fluids, and 24-hour monitoring to give phoenix the best chance at recovery. we’re committed to doing whatever it takes to pay for her treatment, but as two college students, it’s a lot for us to handle on our own. if you’re able to help by donating or sharing this, we would be so grateful. every single dollar brings us closer to bringing phoenix home safe. thank you so much for supporting her.
