Battle against Myasthenia Gravis

I’ve debating on starting an account but the last thing I want is to be stress by the time I’m able to go home. A little of my story, My name is Crystal, married to an amazing man and a mother to 2 healthy boys. Shortly after my wedding in April I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a rare and chronic neuromuscular autoimmune disease. For those unfamiliar with Myasthenia Gravis it affects My body by tricking my immune system into attacking the nerves in my muscles that are responsible for things like breathing, moving my arms and legs, causing serious respiratory and mobility issues. Had to get intubated for several days. As I couldn’t breathe on my own. Slowly by surely I’m coming around. Unfortunately, with battling with this has caused me to be off work for a couple months now and will have to follow through with a rehab center, where I have to learn how to walk and do my daily living activities things on my own before returning home to my family! which means I’ll be away from my family several more weeks.

But I have high hope that with medications and lifestyle change, it can help me relieve as soon as possible. I want to recover because I want to raise my children, grow old with my husband, and prove to the world that kindness and miracles are possible. I would be grateful if you can share this information with someone who would be willing to help and prayer’s for my family ❤️

Estoy debatiendo la posibilidad de abrir una cuenta, pero lo último que quiero es estar estresada para cuando pueda volver a casa. Un poco de mi historia, Mi nombre es Crystal, estoy casada con un hombre increíble y madre de 2 niños sanos. Poco después de mi boda en abril, me diagnosticaron myasthenia Gravis una enfermedad autoinmune neuromuscular crónica y rara. Para aquellos que no están familiarizados con Myasthenia Gravis , afecta Mi cuerpo engañando a mi sistema inmunológico para que ataque los nervios de mis músculos que son responsables de cosas como respirar, mover mis brazos y piernas, causando serios problemas respiratorios y de movilidad. Tuve que intubar durante varios días. Como no podía respirar por mi cuenta. Poco a poco, seguramente me iré recuperando. Desafortunadamente, luchar con esto me ha hecho estar fuera del trabajo por un par de meses y tendré que seguir adelante con un centro de rehabilitación, donde tengo que aprender a caminar y hacer mis actividades de la vida diaria por mi cuenta antes de regresar a casa. ¡a mi familia! lo que significa que estaré lejos de mi familia varias semanas más.

Pero tengo muchas esperanzas de que, con los medicamentos y el cambio de estilo de vida, pueda ayudarme a aliviar lo antes posible. Quiero recuperarme porque quiero criar a mis hijos, envejecer con mi esposo y demostrarle al mundo que la bondad y los milagros son posibles.
