My name is Jim Panno, and I am fundraising to help my sister-in-law , Crystal Laughlin, cover her medical bills from the tragic stroke she suffered while on vacation in the Dominican Republic, and for the subsequent rehab needed. There is never a good time to have a stroke, but having one while traveling internationally would definitely not be on the list if there was one. This has drastically increased Crystal’s medical bills, which is a stressor that she doesn’t need on top of dealing with a medical crisis. Furthermore, Crystal has lost her ability to speak after the stroke, and will need to have speech therapy to regain her ability to speak.
