Hi! This gofundme campaign is to raise money for specialized healthy meals while Crystal recovers from her kidney transplant surgery.

Crystal is a great mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She was born with kidney disease, and has been waiting for a kidney donation for several years.

Crystal was blessed to become the mother of her son Avery in March of 2017.  Unfortunately, her pregnancy was very difficult, which resulted in Crystal's kidney disease worsening. She was told she would need a kidney transplant in 2017, and she has been searching for a donor since then. While many of her friends were tested to see if they were a match, she recently had to be placed on dialysis, due to her declining kidney function.



Thankfully, Crystal's awesome cousin, Mia Oberlton, is a match, and she will finally receive the surgery we've all been praying for! 

We want to support Crystal while she recovers. Initially, we want to have specialized, frozen, ready-to-eat meals from Magic Kitchen  to be delivered to her home. Then meal kits from Sun Basket  will be delivered, so Crystal can still be healthy and easily cook for herself without having to grocery shop or perform a lot of preparation. Our fundraising goal will enable her to have meals delivered for several weeks.
