Crystal Frankenberry kidney transplant

Crystal Frankenberry, a Powell resident, will be receiving a kidney transplant this April. She is a wife, mother, daughter, sister and dear friend but finds herself the one in need this time.

In 2019, only after blood work revealed some abnormalities, she was referred to a nephrologist. It was determined and she was told she was in renal failure and would need a kidney transplant. That surgery is now scheduled in Denver using robot-assisted kidney transplant technology. Her life-saving blessing of a kidney will come from Sasha Barrus, owner of Shear Perfection.

While transplant is a scary word, Crystal is leaning on and trusting in the Lord. She covets your prayers for her, her family and anyone in charge of her care and healing.
