It goes without saying that I loved her - after all, she was my mother. Although we may not always have been on the best of terms, at the end of the day she was still my mother. I learned so much from her, she helped me through so much, and more importantly, she was always there for me. It breaks my heart knowing that I never even got to say a proper goodbye aside from a "bye talk to you later, love you" over the phone.
