Almost two weeks ago, my cousin Crystal Byrd suffered a traumatic brain injury from a golf cart fall while on vacation with her family. The accident was minor, but the damage was severe. The accident occurred several hours from her home, and her family has been by her side but would like to move her closer to home and to one of the best hospitals in the country, which insurance will not cover - an out-of-state move. Crystal is a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin whom we all love. We want to do all we can to help make Crystal’s road to recovery as easy as possible.
