Sunshine Coast Marathon for CRY Ireland
0% complete
€7,580 raised of €5K
122 donations
On the 2nd of August, Isabelle O’Meara and I will be taking on the Sunshine Coast Marathon in support of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) Ireland.
CRY’s mission is to save young lives through the early detection of heart conditions and to ensure that families affected by sudden cardiac death never have to face it alone. They also play a vital role in funding research into inherited cardiac conditions, helping to improve diagnosis, treatment and, ultimately, prevention.
This charity is especially close to my heart, as CRY has provided funding to support my brother, Cian, in carrying out research at Oxford University into inherited cardiomyopathies. Their support is helping to advance research that has the potential to improve—and one day save—the lives of so many people and families affected by these conditions.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards supporting CRY’s life-saving work. Thank you so much for your support
