Hello, my name is Elizabeth Imhoff. I’m writing this on behalf of my husband Jeffrey Imhoff.

For anyone who knows Jeff, knows that he’s a hard working, supportive father, husband and friend. He would give anyone the shirt off his back, but would not be afraid to give you an earful of why you didn’t have one in the first place.

Lately our world and family has been turned upside down due to cancer. On February 12, 2025, Jeff, at the young age of 40, was diagnosed with colon cancer. He is a loving husband and father to two amazing kids, Addyson(14) and Will(13) as well as being an amazing bonus dad to four wonderful kids, Noah(4) and Maverick(6). As of right now we’re not sure on what stage the cancer is, however the doctors are extremely optimistic that the cancer is between stage 1 and stage 2. Further testing will tell us more once the cancer is removed. Thankfully at this point in time the cancer has not spread anywhere else.

On March 21st, Jeff is scheduled to undergo surgery to have a section of his colon removed. This will have him in the hospital for 3-5 days and out of work for 6-8 weeks so his body can heal.

It’s not like us to ask for help, if you know us, you know we’re stubborn people who would rather give help than get it, but at this point we are afraid of what our financial distress will be with missed work, unexpected medical bills and travel expenses.

Anything would be greatly appreciated. Please help me take the financial stress off my husband so he can focus on simply getting healthy again.
