Crusading for the Cornett's

On Friday Linda Cornett's husband, Steve, was in a serious car accident. He suffered multiple c-spine fractures, a vertebral artery tear, liver, lung and splenic contusions, and a wrist fracture. He remains hospitalized and will have a long road to recovery. 

We would like to support Linda and her family during this time of need. Steve is without short term disability insurance and currently Linda has been working per diem as she is advancing her career. Their three children are school age with busy schedules. Linda has also overseen her parents transition to a local home near her and unfortunately her mother suffered a hip fracture and is in a care facility, Linda had been planning to have her father move in with them in the next few weeks.

Money collected will help with household bills,  travel expenses, child care and medical costs. We are also looking at helping with meals and childcare if there is a long hospitalization/rehab.

Linda appreciates all the well wishes and will keep a few people up to date on Steve's condition and needs and we will share that with all of you.
