Crumble & Flake needs a new fridge

Our amazing lifelong friend, and baker extraordinaire, Toby could use our help with her Seattle bakery, Crumble & Flake.  Covid has been hard on her small business and now the unexpected repair costs for her commercial fridge are taking a toll. Baking has been Toby’s love language since high school, creating exquisite desserts and pastries (including gluten free creations!) for friends, family, locals, and tourists for the past 30 years.

 

Toby is the sort of amazing human being who always takes care of everyone around her, and we want to show some tangible love right back. She has worked too hard on her dream bakery for us to let it slip away.

 

If you live in Seattle you know that Crumble & Flake remained open daily throughout the worst of the pandemic, bringing the neighborhood (and connoisseurs of baked goods driving in from far and wide) a much needed sense of normalcy, community and delicious comfort.
