Cruisin' for the Cure
Donation protected

Two years ago, my dear friend Leonard Bellavia was diagnosed with prostate cancer. As he was getting tested weeks after his diagnoses they told him he had stage 4 metastatic terminal cancer. For three weeks after this terrible news he proceeded to put his affairs in order. He was extremely depressed, as he sold assets, cleaned out his desk and prepared his family for his departure. Then the unthinkable happened. He received a call from a world renowned cancer institute and was told that they misread the biopsy and he was going to be ok. Although he still had prostate cancer, it was treatable and not terminal.
After that experience Lenny started "Cruisin' for the Cure" a car show event held every year at Windham Mountain in the Catskills to raise money for curing prostate cancer. He has a new lease on life. As his friend and someone with a family history of prostate cancer (my grandfather passed from it and my father was treated 15 years ago for it) I am compelled to help raise money for this cause via this "go fund me" page and will be participating every year at this magnificent event held up in the Catskills. 1 out of 7 men are diagnosed every year with prostate cancer and 1 out of 39 die from this terrible disease. All the funds go directly to the prostate cancer foundation and are tax deductible. Together, I believe we can make a difference and cure this horrible disease.
Please join me in supporting my friend Lenny , his family and all those stricken by this disease by donating to this worthy cause. No amount is to small. Every little bit helps.
