Hi my name is Chelsea. Last year my husband had an accident at work and those injuries have prevented him from going back to work unfortunately. Last year he had multiple surgeries to attempt fix all of his bones, during that process he developed a rare nerve disease called CRPS. I am single handily holding down the fort working and raising my two children. I am looking for help in all avenues. If you have the capacity in any realm.
IT'S hard to imagine the pain of childbirth without medication unless you've experienced it first hand. But on the pain McGill scale (0-50), the amputation of a finger or toe is worse..a whole 10 points on top of that - the worst pain ever inflicted on a human being - is a disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
It's incurable, and so bad, that the very rare neurological condition is nicknamed the "suicide disease".
Earlier this year the CRPS has spread from his left arm into his left leg. He is now unable to walk and the left side of his body is paralyzed. His doctor has ordered for a motorized wheelchair and other medical instruments to assist him get around as well as take showers, use the bathroom, prepare meals etc. and generally live life at a VERY basic level. The doctor has also ordered for in home care. The insurance company continues to deny the doctors orders, and care that is necessary for him to live and be out of pain. I’ll also need to trade in vehicles to get a more expensive wheelchair accessible van so James isn’t confined to the house. None of the funds will go toward lost wages for James. We are in a place that we need to ask for financial assistance and help obtaining these items. We have been extremely financially strained since his fall.
I am doing everything in my capacity so that we stay above water. It is important that we create a environment for James to hopefully get better and not be stuck in bed all day every day.

Bath chair $45
Wheelchair $3000 ✅
Ketamine infusion (5days) $3700 ✅
Nerve block $1000 each $2000 total
Nero feed back $750 plus $100 each visit
Physical therapy $100/ visit
EDMR therapy $500
Chiropractor $300 set up and $75/session
Acupuncture $100/session
