Crowdfunding for Ravyn's Disability Income

Hi, I'm Ravyn Evermore. I'm a writer, a story teller, a wife, and many more titles and lists of skillsets. Unfortunately, the ones that seem to matter most right now are that I am trans, I am disabled, and I am homeless.

I am currently working towards getting on Washington State's "ABD" program which is kind of like a state disability program that is a precursor to getting on the federal disability program (at least as it has been explained to me). All of those things take time, however, and in the meantime I have no income.

I am unable to work a traditional job because of my disabilities (Chronic pain, chronic fatigue, cPTSD, POTS, & hypermobility) and the work I have done in the past to try to get by is not really viable in the shelter where I'm currently living.

My goal is to crowdfund my monthly disability income until I can get onto the state and federal programs. The average income for a person on disability is around $1,400 a month which, is well below the poverty line but it at least is a lot better than $0 a month. So that is what I'm shooting for each month. Those funds will allow me to keep my 20 year old vehicle in repair, buy things like toiletries, clothing, etc. and hopefully allow me to invest into a business I intend to start as soon as I have housing (the shelter is helping me try to find subsidized housing as well).
