Crowdfunding for a short film, Babe to Blocked

 

Hello, my name is Michelle Mary Schaefer, I'm an Actor, Screenwriter, Director in both Theatre and Films. I'm also Deaf, which I do not allow my Deafness stop me from following my passions. Instead of waiting for opportunities, I create, write, and make the project happen with passionate folks who values creativity, authenticity, and representations.

 

I'm beyond thrilled to be working with Katy Corbus and Natalie Roberts on this short film, Babe to Blocked. (Watch the video, meet them, and hear what we have to say about this project.)

 

Now, sometimes in life, our passions and creativity cost money so this is where we are asking for your generous donations to help us enhance our production values, and exceed our expectations to make a difference towards the mainstream society and the industry with this original script. A script that was written by a Deaf person (me), as it's authentic, and time to share our voices, stories, and its human connections. Every donations matters, which it will cover all the aspects of the productions cost.
