Fugue Grad Film

We are crowdfunding for our upcoming short film Fugue,

This film follows Dorian Palmer, a classical pianist. After hearing of his Alzheimer’s diagnosis goes on a exploration to reconnect with his estranged daughter Yuri. He plans on taking her to Wistmans woods in rural Devon to tell her of his recent diagnosis. Their trip crescendos from happy nostalgia to full arguments as yuri keeps prodding Prof. Palmer about his neglect, his workaholism, and Yuri’s reluctance to conform to his musical standards.

This film explores feelings of neglect, grief, hope and failure.

We’re asking for donations to further help our crew bring to life their vision for these beautifully written characters. We all truly believe in the beauty of this story and how Lucien has depicted Yuri and Dorian. With your donations we can bring them to life.
