On Sunday May9th Crouton stopped wanting to walk on her back legs...we couldn’t get into see the vet until this morning (May 11th). She has disc material compressing on her spinal column which is causing her pain when she uses her back legs. The surgery is to remove and clean out all the excess material and fluid from around her spinal column. It costs between 5,000 and 10,000 and the vet visit today was $600 , plus we still haven’t picked up the prescriptions. Her CBD tincture is $100 a bottle also. 

They say the surgery will make her better for sure and it is one with a high success and recovery rate, although she is pushing 10 years old she is a small dog with a couple years left in her for sure. The sooner the surgery the better so if you can spare anything, she and I both really appreciate it. 

Oh did I also tell you today is my birthday.... not the best news on a birthday, but I am still chilling with my pup even though she is immobile....
