"Vitural Wren” Fundraiser.

The Christmas tradition of the Crotta Wren group which spans well over four decades has been and continues to be a very important part of our clubs activities and Christmas in Kilflynn. St. Stephens day is always a very enjoyable day for all members of the wren group. The yearly homely welcome we receive full with fun and laughter is always greatly received.

However since the Covid restrictions we feel that there may be some people who may be a little cautious for the group to visit theirs homes as we normally would have. We have decided to avoid any unnecessary stress while also continuing this wonderful tradition as best we can so we have chosen to run our Wren online via Facebook/ Instagram.

The wren group are currently recording songs/ stories which will be available on the Crotta Facebook/ Instagram pages on Christmas Night/ St Stephens Day for you all to enjoy.

As you may be aware all funds raised by the wren group have always been used by Crotta GAA in support of its players to providing them with the necessary equipment etc required to enjoy there sport and represent our club and community with pride. Once again this is how any funds raised are proposed to be used in 2025.
