The outpouring from our local community certainly gave us the inspiration to open our doors again. We all wanted to get back to some normalcy and continue serving our loving neighborhood. We anticipated business to be slow especially trying to balance the safety of our family and staff by providing delivery and front door pickup only. But the winter months coupled with this relentless pandemic have certainly taken a turn for the worse. As much as this pains me to have to ask, we are once again teetering on the brink of having to face difficult decisions for the future of Crostini Sandwiches.
