Hi!

My name is Andrew Delly, and I am a senior at Cleveland State University here to announce my senior thesis film, CROSSWALKS. The story follows two young strangers, freshly heartbroken, find solace in each other’s company, and form a new connection, despite the ones they just lost. The film will take lots of inspiration from the films of Wong Kar-wai, and Richard Linklater, in order to create an intimate and poetic atmosphere in the city of Cleveland.

To accomplish this, I have a great team assembled, including myself as the Writer and Director, Malakee McGuier as my Producer, Grace Dashner as the Cinematographer and Sam Rho editing, many of whom helped me bring my previous film, SELF PORTRAIT, to the School of Film and Media Arts' Student Showcase. I hope to be able to build upon what I learned in that film and deliver a film that means a lot to me, and connect with audiences, but to do that we will need your help!

Production begins in November, and in order to ensure filming goes as great as it can, we will need funding in order to feed our cast and crew every day, provide additional equipment, pay for locations, and ultimately ensure that the film makes it to your screen.
