CACS Boys Basketball Headed to Final 4 in Lakeland

Crossroad Academy Charter School Boys Varsity Basketball Team is headed to the Class 1A Final Four. This is the 3rd time our school has made it to the State Playoffs in Lakeland and we need your help to get there! For many of our student athletes, this is a first, and we want their competition at this level to be a great experience.

Crossroad plays at 11:00 am on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, FL. If we win Friday, then we will play for the Class 1A State Championship on Saturday, March 2nd. We have to cover transportation costs, lodging, meals, etc. We've estimated that it will cost us $5,000 to get the team and coaches there, with the ability to stay overnight if needed.

We've got to raise this money fast. We're a Charter School, we don't have deep pockets. Please understand that this is post-season play, so these games do not generate money for the school or the team. Because the teams in the FHSAA are always improving we never know how far we will go, so this trip was not budgeted.
