Crossing the Finish Line for Elaine
Donation protected
Join us in supporting a heartfelt cause as three determined girls compete in the Santiago Marathon. Lexie, alongside her dedicated friends Ciara and Ana, is running the 10km race in loving memory of her cherished Mum, Elaine, who passed away in 2019 after being diagnosed with terminal cancer during Lexie's GCSEs in the summer of 2018.
Elaine was a talented horse riding instructor and rider, who shared her passion with her daughter and husband Jim. She was an amazing mother, sister, daughter and friend, who never failed to make people laugh and supported her love ones with such loyalty.
We all miss Elaine so much which makes this race about so much more than just crossing the finish line; together we want to honour all those who have lost loved ones to this horrible disease and contribute to the ongoing battle of those fighting cancer.
It would mean the world to us all if you could support this cause, and help Lexie and the rest of her family to honour Elaine's life and help all those who have been caught in the path of this relentless disease.
Any donation, no matter how small means the world to us all!
