Hello! My name is Trista Smith! I will be competing for my third consecutive year as a Teen competitor (16-17 year-old division) at the 2023 CrossFit Games. This is my final trip to the Games as a Teen and I cannot wait to make my way to the podium! I am driven to succeed and plan to leave no doubt on that competition floor!

The Teen division at the CrossFit Games is the one division that does not receive prize money. As you can imagine, training to compete and travel to the Games is costly. I am humbled that you are considering donating to my aspiration.
