Crossfit Full Motion

To our Crossfit team & family,

The gym is more than just our place to go and train.

It’s where we see our friends and gym family whilst getting a welcome break from the pressures of daily life.

Our gym is vulnerable to the current economic and environmental challenges.

The rent and bills continue to stack up during these unprecedented times.

It’s in all our interests to ensure that the crossfit family survives and the gym is here to help us stay fit and healthy when we're eventually allowed to reopen.

In the meantime, I am organizing a go fund me to help the gym survive and continue to be a happy fitness place for us all ;
