Cross-Country Exodus

I've been living 15 years in the Kansas City area. My building got sold and the new landlord is ending my lease at a time I am unemployed and without resources. So my dog and I find ourselves having to pack up my worldly goods and travel 1200 miles cross country to the refuge of my daughter's home. I have until the end of April to get funds for a rental truck, gasoline, and expenses along the way. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

We're entering the home stretch and need a little more buffer. Please help.
