PLEASE, help if you can!
The CZU Lightening Fire Complex has devastated our Santa Cruz mountain community and I am saddened to say that it claimed my sister's home in it's path. She was forced to evacuate with just a few items of clothing and her baby, her 2 dogs and cat. She lost EVERYTHING! Additionally, while displaced, she and her husband are unable to work.
My sister and I grew up in Boulder Creek and have lived in the community since 1982. She was blessed to make it the place where she would raise her own child! Boulder Creek and the SLV community are basically family after living there for 38 years.
Insurance will only cover so much. Faced with life changing decisions and just trying to survive, her family needs our help!
