Crohns disease and Ulcerative Colitis have now affected several members of my family.  Unfortunately many people both children and adults continue to suffer greatly with this lifelong condition, and there is a real need to develop new and improved treatments.   The Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is a highly respected non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis.

I am supporting CCFA by raising money for Crohns research.  On Oct 3rd 2015 I will ride 103 miles and 9000 feet of elevation in the Northern California Levi Gran Fondo.
