Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, affecting more than 500,000 people in the UK. Yet it is largely a hidden disease, and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation, its thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence.

I am taking part in the Loony Dook on the 1st of January 2026 alongside family and friends to raise funds for a cause that means a lot to us. By braving the cold water together, we’re hoping to raise awareness and vital funds while having a bit of fun along the way. Any support, whether through a donation or sharing this page, would be hugely appreciated and will help make a real difference.
