Cumberland Road Masjid Extension Project - Ramadan

Naeem Akhtar is organizing this fundraiser to benefit Reading Islamic Cultural Centre.

Help us to achieve our Ramadan target of raising £50,000 towards the CRM Extension Project!

The Masjid is in dire need of improved facilities - help us update the Masjid so that we can better serve our community - from the elders to the sisters to our young ones and the future generations to come.

Highlights of the Extension Project include:

Ground Floor
- Expanded Prayer Area for brothers
- Bigger wudu/toilet facilities for brothers

First Floor
- Brand new large prayer area for sisters
- Bigger wudu/toilet facilities for sisters
- Additional space for madrasah classes

Basement
- New social area
- New kitchen facilities
- Function hall
- Youth space, e.g. table tennis
- Space for sisters’ activities, e.g. fitness classes
