A week ago, our friend Jason suffered a stroke that changed his life in an instant. The stroke caused damage that has affected his movement and speech, and he’s now working every single day toward recovery.

The Road to Recovery

Jason has already made progress, but rehabilitation after a stroke is a marathon, not a sprint. He’ll need months of physical, occupational, and speech therapy—both in the hospital and at home—to regain his strength, coordination, and independence.

Unfortunately, the costs of this care are far beyond what insurance covers. The medical bills and therapy expenses are quickly piling up, and Jason could use a hand.
