Family of 4 Displaced by Fire

On Last Thursday, One of our utility brothers, Brian Hoopes, a DPL gas metermen, his wife and 2 young children were displaced by a fire that spread from a neighboring home. They’ve had little assistance from the red cross and is currently living out of a hotel room. They’ve lost most of their belongings and will possibly be displaced for a year.
