Bambi

Hi everyone, my name is Ava and I am starting this for my dog Bambi. A few months ago, Bambi was diagnosed with diabetes at just 5 years old. We have been managing her blood sugar with insulin twice daily, but unfortunately, her condition is causing her to go blind due to cataracts. We were going to support her and navigate with her through this time until recently, she was running in the yard and cut open her nose on our fireplace due to poor vision. It is terrible to see her this way and we made the decision to try and get the surgery. Vet prices are expensive, and each eye to reverse the cataracts is $5,000.
