We desperately need help to rent or buy a vehicle for our dog rescue in Turkiye.

D.R.E.A.M DOGS - Rescue, Rehab, Rehome (www.dreamdogs.org) is a passion project helping street dogs in the Mugla region of Turkiye where there is currently a dog massacre law in place resulting in thousands of unnecessary and cruel killings.

Plan A: buying a vehicle to help distribute food and rescue street dogs is the ideal target.

Targeting around £10,000 for a used van, camper or truck.

Plan B: we’ve sourced some long term car hire offers with FALCON RENT A CAR in Fethiye located on South West coast of Türkiye.

Transport is a huge priority now, especially with freezing temperatures across the country.

• Getting access to a vehicle to rescue abd transport dogs, get supplies, vet visits etc is top priority.

• Securing a food budget to deliver to desperate animals is the next step.

• Fundraising for a veterinary budget to take any injured or sick dogs to our trusted professionals for treatment.

• Providing a safe and sustainable refuge with food and warmth towards rehoming is the ultimate aim.

At the moment 3 rescue dogs sleep with me inside the farm cabin. No complaints!

We now have the space to shelter more dogs, but we don’t have the budget for paving, concrete, fencing and building warm enclosures for them yet.

Hopefully, once we get the vehicle priority achieved, we can begin to take bigger steps towards being able to safely and sustainably accommodate more dogs.
