After losing our refuge due to owners relocating away from the Iran war, we now want to make D.R.E.A.M fully mobile and secure by purchasing a dog rescue campervan.

Our first priority is to get Eddie, Luna and Sosis out of the Tuzla shelter in Türkiye where they have been since December 2025. 

D.R.E.A.M (www.dreamdogs.org) is a passion project of over 15 years helping abandoned, abused and stray street dogs in the UK and abroad.

The last 5 years have been spent rescuing dogs in the Mugla region of Turkiye where there is currently a dog massacre law in place resulting in thousands of unnecessary and cruel killings.

By securing a campervan, we can solve accommodation and transport in one.  This will drastically increase their chances of adoption. 

Looking further ahead, dog rescue in a camper could end up being our permanent method for dog rescue and protection.

Our current status: we have 2 charity trustees and require 1 more to meet the minimum number for charity registration.

Our legal objectives: are being finalised and the charity commission takes 90 days to approve our governing document and application to become a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) and we will also be registering with HMRC to benefit from schemes such as giftaid.
