Mocha is a 12 year old Rocky Mountain mare.  She and her owner need help with the high cost of emergency vet care.  This week, Mocha suddenly became critically ill and has been diagnosed with severe life threatening colitis.  She is in the equine hospital ICU.  Mochas owner was diagnosed recently with cancer for the 6th time in her life.  She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and struggling for her own life as well.  She is the most courageous woman I know.  These two have been together for the past 9 years.  They have an extremely strong bond and no doubt Mocha has contributed immensely to her owner's quality of life.  Mochas owner is currently undergoing another round of chemotherapy treatments and may need surgery.  Mocha needs a great deal of supportive veterinary care to get through her illness.  Her owner has insurance that will cover some of the cost but not all.  These two really need each other!!  They deserve all the extra help they can get.  Any and all donations, large or small, will go directly to Mochas life saving medical treatments and will be greatly appreciated more than you know.  Thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
