Critical Care Needed for Quang's Survival

I come to you with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My brother Quang is 39 years old and a single father to a 4 year old son. Quang has been involved in a serious car accident on January 3rd in Vietnam and is currently in a coma and has a brain hemorrhage. The situation is critical, and he urgently needs to be transported to Singapore for specialized medical care.
