In March, our beloved Cristina Ruiz began suffering from severe headaches & was sent home multiple times with a migraine diagnosis. As her condition worsened, she developed serious neurological symptoms.
On March 24th, she was rushed to the hospital & finally admitted. After 9 days without answers, she was transferred on April 1st to another more specialized hospital in Loma Linda, California (about 5 hrs. from Fresno, CA). On April 3rd, doctors performed an emergency procedure to relieve dangerous pressure in her brain. On Easter Sunday, Cristina lost consciousness—& she has not woken up since.
Esther Cristina Ruiz is only 25 years old, a loving mother to a 6-year-old son & a 3-year-old daughter who need her deeply. She has undergone multiple procedures& extensive testing, but her condition remains a medical mystery. Still, we hold onto faith & continue praying for a miracle.
Her mother, Lisandra Ruiz, has remained by her side for weeks, refusing to leave. As a family, we have made many trips to be with Cristina, standing together in prayer & support.
The emotional toll has been overwhelming, & the financial burden continues to grow. Expenses for travel, hotel stays, & daily meals have become significant, especially with Cristina’s ongoing hospitalization & uncertain recovery timeline.
We are asking, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution—no matter the amount—will go directly toward helping Cristina’s mother remain by her side & easing the financial strain on the family.
If you are unable to donate, we kindly ask that you share this page & keep Cristina in your prayers. We truly believe in the power of faith, community, and miracles.
We will continue to advocate for Cristina, pushing for answers & treatment—because her children need her, & we are not giving up on her.
Thank you for your love, support, & prayers.
