I met Craig and his family a couple days before Christmas. He had been out of work for a several months. He had lost his job, lost their car, and were close to losing their home. My original mission was to provide them a really nice Christmas dinner. With the help of some friends we were able to do that and it quickly turned to also providing Craig, his wife and their children some very nice Christmas gifts as well.
I was meaning to follow up with Craig, but I just didn't make the time. I haven't talked to Craig for 3 weeks ago until tonight. He called me and he's at the end of his rope. He has a lead on a job, but he needs a little more time, which he doesn't have. He's getting evicted on Wednesday morning (1/16/19).
If you can spare even $1, it will all help. If you don't have any money to spare, please pray for Craig and his family for strength to get through this tough time. But if you do have just a couple bucks to spare and can be generous to this family, all money raised will go directly to his landlord to catch his rent up. Any surplus will next go to his utilities. Finally, if there is any left, this will go towards getting him a reliable car so he can get to work to provide for his family.
I believe I serve a God greater than Craigs' problems and he will get through this and see the love of Christ through the people in his community.
Thank you and God bless you & your family,
Ben Woodruff
