It is with heavy hearts that we turn to our family and friends to help with our final farewell to my nephew, Christopher (Cris) Sondel. Cris the the only child of my sister, Elaine Sondel-Lyons and cousin to Shawn Kelley and Daniel Kelley and loved by many friends. Cris was suddenly called home on March 6, 2023.

Cris was known to many in the music industry as “Ayahuasca Jones”. He was an incredibly talented DJ, song writer, musician and producer. He was known for being a kind hearted, gentle man that was passionate about love, life and music. He brought a smile and positive energy to anyone that crossed his path. He will be missed so much, by so many.

We are asking for help with Cris’ final expenses and sincerely appreciate all of your love, concern and support of our family at this incredibly difficult time.

There will be a memorial for Cris in the very near future held at St. Simon Episcopal Church, 200 Cazenovia St, Buffalo NY 14210, and a lunch to follow. We will update this page when the date and time are confirmed.

There will also be a Celebration of Life for Cris this summer and will keep everyone updated as to the date and location
