Cries in The Wild is a Ministry that is built on the rudiments of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to present the Gospel of Truth to the unregenerate sinner, instruct the convicted in the way of repentance, direct the repented sinner to the plan of salvation in Acts, bear with the new convert in the infancy of salvation, and provide the disciple with the tutelageto exemplify Biblical Christian conduct allowing them to mature and effectively witness. We stand on the Word of God as our foundation and believe in educating the Church with sound doctrine. Cries in The Wild Ministries was established by Minister Charles AnthonyRussell under theinspiration of The Holy Ghost and originated from the tutelage he received at his home Church Apostolic FaithTemple in New Smyrna Florida under the provisions of Bishop Robert Thomas. The foundation of this ministry is derived from John 1:23 "He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias." In a modern day society where the term "Church" has been confined to a carnal description of a building, the necessity for more evangelizing is evident. Cries In The Wild is a dynamic ministry which includes but is not limited to: Evangelism, Teaching, Mentoring, Preaching, Intercession, Homeless Outreach, and Gospel Music Ministry. The goal is to be bold in witnessing The Word of God to those who won't come to a traditional church and to exemplify the character of the True Church which is the body of Christ. We stand on the Apostolic Doctrine and do not believe in denomination. Cries in The Wild Ministries believe in observing the whole word of God in totality. The Word of God must go beyond the conventional 4 walls of the local offices and extend itsreach to the areas in need of salvation. This requires vibrant and Holy Ghost inspired methods that supersede traditional approaches of witnessing. While utilizing unconventional strategies to reach the youth, there will be no compromising the very essence of sound doctrine and Holiness standards
Minister Charles Russell Biography
Minister Charles A Russell is a Daytona Beach Native and mentored under the Apostolic Doctrine and tutelage at Apostolic Faith Temple in New Smyrna Beach FL.. Under the teachings and provisions of Bishop Robert Thomas, Elder John Lawson, and Elder Willie Carson, he has been instilled with the True Gospel and tools to evangelize, preach, and teach the Word of God. Charles Russell has been working directly with troubled youth as a counselor for 7 years and has a plethora of experience communicating the word of God to children and adults. Minister Russell currently teaches bible classes with young adults and adults in Daytona Beach and utilizes music as a viable form of ministry as well. His mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus to the world. His arrow is the Word of God. Being equipped with the Love of Jesus as his arrow’s head, he now uses his music and gifts to pierce his listener’s hearts in hopes of leading them to salvation.
His ministry began after he was baptized in the name of Jesus and filled with the Holy Ghost. He would come to the realization that the very same children that he had been mentoring as a youth counselor for years would be the rudiments of his ministry. He began to teach them the Bible and utilized his gift of music to gain their interest.
Charles Russell uses his music and testimony to portray his past tribulation and present triumphs over his former lifestyle while advocating the Gospel as the remedy for his struggles. With a strong zeal for study and mentoring, he is truly an effective minister and he is now walking into his true calling as a Pastor and Teacher.
His goal is to never allow the business of music to overshadow HIS Father’s business in ministry. Humble, dedicated, gifted, and spirit led…This is Minister Charles Russell
