My name is Lilly-Grace and on Sunday 23rd of March I'm climbing Snowdon with my football team Crewe FC U15 Cobras and my parents.

We are a mixed team playing in the South Cheshire Youth League and we are doing this climb as a team to raise vital funds for Crewe FC, the money raised will be for 3 x Crewe FC teams U15 Cobras, U14 Girls and Diamonds
