Creviston Family

Dominic and his Dad Anthony were in a
bad car accident on Friday, June 5th.
Anthony is fine. But Dominic went to
St. Mary’s hospital in Hobart and from
there airlifted to Comers in Chicago.

He had brain surgery. His nose, eye
socket, cheek and small part of forehead is broken. He has been sedated to let his
brain heal from surgery. He is showing
good signs but is still critical condition. 

Dominic is 8yrs old and a student at
Merkley. His passion is baseball. He plays
for Highland little league. He plays travel
for Highland Heaters. He also plays for
Dyer little league. Everyone that knows
him knows he has a huge heart and cares so
much for others. He is also the best big
brother to his younger sister Candice.

We would like to help our Creviston
family be able to focus on Dominic
without the worry of not being able to
work and bills.
